I knew about this lamp for a while now but I got a chance to try and test it myself at CES2022. Puripot lamp is a two-in-one device that can provide light as well as clean the air around you. From the outside, it looks just like an ordinary lamp.
Puripot lamp does not use HEPA filters or UV lights. It purifies the air with the help of a photocatalytic filter or PCO. This filter is reusable. Meaning, you don’t have to keep purchasing new air filters once in a while.
Mainly, the purifier does two things. Sterilization and deodorization or air around you. It covers 20 square meters of area (roughly the size of a room).
The lamp is smart. That means, it connects to your wifi and can be controlled with your smartphone. It also comes with a mobile app to monitor air quality.
It features a warm white look and there is a brightness knob to change the brightness of the device as per your needs. When you are sleeping, you can keep the lights dim while keeping the purification process active.
