AfterShokz Aeropex Mini Bone Conduction Headphones

Not a lot of bone conduction speakers are good, in fact, most of them are bad. Recently I reviewed a bone conduction audio glasses and it is one of the worst gadgets I came across in 2019. But hold on, we have a good product to showcase. When I was at CES2020, I happened to visit the AfterShokz booth to check out their newest product. When I was there, I came across their new headband (Aeropex Mini) that uses bone conduction technology to transfer sound directly to the inner ears. It was amazing. Even in such a noisy environment, I could hear the music very well. The audio quality was not bad at all.

The headband is very light. you won’t even notice wearing it. It is super comfortable and the bone conduction earpieces don’t cause discomfort at all. It comes in different colors and I really loved the red one.

AfterShokz Aeropex Mini headband has a battery backup of 8 hours and is waterproof. From one of their teams, I came to know that the product will be launched in Q2 of 2020 and will be available on Amazon for around $160 which is not cheap.

The open ear design allows you to listen to your surroundings as well as the music, simultaneously. If you are looking for a headband like this and have some time to wait, this gadget is really worth it. Since they do not have any video for Aeropex mini, I am attaching the video of Aeropex which is an older version.
