YAY!! Elpida (Chip manufacturer) announced that worlds smallest , high speed & low power 40nm 2gb DDR3 SDRAM will be available soon. The new 2gb DDR3 SDRAM consumes very low power and give high output. According to news it works on 1.6Gbps like all DDR3 Products (Hmm). Elipida’s new chip is ideal for netbooks (its very small & use very low power)
Right now its not available in market but according to news shipments of the 40nm 2Gb DDR3 SDRAM will start in November (Great!!) Yet no price info is available
