Samsung 30nm DDR3 DRAM on the way

Yes Samsung is going to produce very small only 30nm DDR3 DRAM for its customers I’m sure it will boost power of mobile devices. And it will be a more eco-friendly as compare to ordinary DRAMs. It will consume only three watts per hour which is very low..

It will be available in many size form 2 to onwards..

PS (its awesome! it will reduce power consumption in mobile devices specially MID’s & netbooks)
